Thesis

You’ll begin thinking about your thesis from the start of your very first class and work with an advisor and faculty to workshop and develop ideas throughout your program. You are encouraged to think critically about how your coursework can connect to your future thesis, research work, and career goals.

Colloquium

You will participate in a colloquium series during your thesis year, which meets four times a year. The colloquium provides you with the opportunity to attend workshops by guest artists, go behind the scenes with ArtsEmerson, and enhance and broaden your knowledge outside of the traditional classroom.
